Delivery Update

A quick update on deliveries

We’ve recently moved to a new warehouse partner, and a technical issue at the same time has caused a backlog of orders. We’re sorry that some deliveries are arriving later than usual.

What this means for you:

• Orders are currently being dispatched within 5 working days.
• Every order will be sent, and you’ll get a tracking email as soon as yours is on its way.
• There’s no need to re-order. Duplicate orders may slow things down further.

Our team is working extra hours to clear the backlog, and we expect to be back to normal dispatch times by 5th November.
