Order Shipping Temporarily Paused Due to High Temperatures
To protect product quality during extreme heat, we have temporarily suspended shipping. Orders will resume as soon as weather conditions improve. Thank you for your understanding.

UK.

We ship all of our orders using tracked DHL.
Monday-Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.
Your order will be processed within 48h as you place the order (Monday - Friday). You'll also have the option to update your delivery should you need to rearrange or not be in.

Shipping costs are non- refundable.

STANDARD EXPRESS. Mainland UK (England, Wales & Mainland Scotland) 1 - 3 working days

We offer an express service on all of our orders anyway. So you can expect your order between 1-3 days.
Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday.
If you place your order on a Friday, over a weekend, or a UK bank holiday weekend, your order will be processed on the following Monday, or Tuesday in the instance of Bank Holiday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming and a tracking number included.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS 2-5 WORKING DAYS.
£12 - FREE on all orders over £60
(Carriers charge higher delivery rates, so shipping costs differ.)

Orders will be delivered Monday - Friday
If you place your order on a Friday evening, over a weekend, or a UK bank holiday weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday.
We advise allowing 5 working days for your order to be confirmed, processed, and delivered.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming and a tracking number included.
During busy periods your order may take a little longer to arrive.

Please note, that delivery times to islands, within the UK/EU or internationally, may take a little longer than our stated time to reach you.
Delivery schedules can vary depending on local services, which will depend on local ferry or boat services. We’ll send your parcel out quickly, but the final delivery time will depend on your local postal or courier service. Thanks for your patience!
